Flabebe and Ledyba are the seasonal swarm, meaning there will be a staggering 25% increased encounter rate! (Shiny rate may have also been bumped up a small bit!) You can purchase Seasonal Repel if you do not want to encounter these swarms in your swarm/encounter threads in the Speciality Store.
